Propel 1.3.0beta1 Released

The long-awaited first beta release of the Propel 1.3 branch has been packaged and made available on the download page and PEAR channel. This version of Propel introduces some powerful new features and also makes some breaking changes. Please read the Upgrading Guide to familiarize yourself with the new requirements & features and how these might affect your applications.

See the  ChangeLog for the full list of fixes & changes in this version. Please note that this is the first beta release; we plan to continue addressing issues in the tracker that are slated for 1.3 milestone before final release. Finally, please let us know if you find any problems!
