Propel 1.3.0RC1 Released

The first release candidate has been released for the Propel 1.3 branch and is available on the download page and via the PEAR channel. Please read the Upgrading Guide to familiarize yourself with changes from 1.2.

This release candidate fixed a number of bugs that were identified in beta4, including a number of Oracle-related issues. Note that there are still some issues in the tracker that may get fixed before final release -- or, depending on severity, may get pushed to 1.3.1 release.

Please see  this Trac ticket query for a list of fixes since the last beta (this list may miss some issues that were reported for a different version).
